United States (USA) Returns

Domestic orders in the USA, as well as APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories, can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase by printing your own return shipping label. Returns made after 14 days from the date of purchase do not qualify for return/exchange or store credit.

  • 2. Return Window
    Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please notify us within this timeframe if you wish to return an item.
  • 3. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Products must have intact seals and show no signs of tampering.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Photos of the item(s) will be required to receive return authorization.
  • 4. How to Initiate a Return
    To start the return process:

    • Provide the required photos, and we will issue a return authorization along with instructions on returning your item.
  • 5. Return Shipping Costs
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • 6. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • 7. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Opened or used products.
    • Sale items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items purchased through promotions that specify they are non-returnable.
